Right of withdrawal for clients non professional


The non-professional CUSTOMER has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify or to pay a penalty. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it is extended until the next working day.
The period begins on the day of the last delivery in case of multiple delivery.
This right to retraction does not apply to personalized products at the request of the customer.
The CUSTOMERS VIP benefit from an additional period of 16 free days or a total of 30 clear days to exercise its right of withdrawal by returning us the products ordered
The expenses of return and the responsibility of the transport are the responsibility of the customer
The amount reimbursed will include the total amount of the contract of sale as well as the postage costs as standard (see Delivery). If the CUSTOMER has chosen a more expensive method of shipment, the costs are to be borne by him and will not be reimbursed.

Retraction means that the entire sale is canceled and all products are then concerned.
The repayment period begins to take effect upon the recovery of the goods and / or the presentation of proof of mailing of a carrier.
The Customer has a right to trial (as if the product had been tried in the shop). Beyond this right to trial, and in case of damaged products, a discount of 10 to 100% of the amount will be practiced according to the damages observed. MyPrint3D has 4 days to receive goods to tell you the discount applied. In the absence of a message, the products will be considered correct.
The Client can make his request on free form in the contents of his email.
Professional CLIENTS do not benefit from this retraction period.

Refund in case of withdrawal

The customer will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days. After this period, the amount will be increased: 10% of the amount of the increase order for 30 days late, 20% for 60 days and 50% beyond.
In the case of a refund by bank transfer, the time limit begins only when the customer provides its valid banking details.
The refund will take place in the same method of payment as at the time of the sale. In case of technical impossibility, the refund will be made at the choice of the customer by transfer or by check (for French customers).
